Android app Icons in notifications have not been showing for weeks now, on various builds. Just a blank or gray square shows where the app icon should be. Already changed app icon but to no avail. Icons in .png. Build version 4.1.6.

I'm not using build version 4.2.12 because it seemed very unstable on webapp, showing styles errors all the time when navigating pages.
