Builds queued forever

No able to build anymore. Says it reached the maximum 5 concurrent builds per user.
Builds are not being terminated. I keep receiving this message even though it shows only another queued build. Probably more queued builds not terminated and not showing.

Timo Kapanen: Thanks for the feedback. Currently I can only generate one build at a time instead of 5. Every time I try to generate more than one build I receive the "maximum of 5 concurrent builds per user" message. There's probably another 4 build queued for months now. I cannot see them but cannot generate more than one build at a time.
I have another APP ID and the queued builds could be related to that one. APP ID: 371524. Could you please check if this is the case please?
