As a developer, I want to be able to dynamically set the disable/visible properties of toggles (list toggle) and checkboxes so that a condition in the mobile app will make the controls available or not available dynamically.

Currently, setting those properties with a bound page variable does not change the state of the control.

I am not sure which other controls don't react to the dynamic setting of disable/visible.
