Interactive form components do not work on web

The interactive form components "slider field" and "pick date" do not work via web. Have not tried others.

@Harri Sarsa: In firefox and chrome I'm still getting this error with both Pick date and Pick datetime. When the event is triggered, nothing happens. Required fields for the component are complete in the config.
