Client runtime version: 3.4.5
App ID: 247537
Page ID in app the issue is happening: page.Page31 (Create Account 12)
Build type: Both preview and standalone
Dismissing the initial view opens what seems to be a random page in the app, when previously it opened the home screen of the app. Seeing the same issue in SAP AppGyver Preview app and standalone app.

Spencer Cook, I took a copy of you app two days ago. Now I tried to create an account with the access code I received but it is actually quite hard to go through all the required steps to see the actual issue. The UI element which helps you to navigate from screen to screen is on top of some input field(s) not allowing to access them. I could try with newer version of the app is that has already been addressed. Best Regards, Timo Kapanen

Timo Kapanen: Sorry for the delay, was pulled onto another project. Now I am back! I believe that we have fixed this navigation issue now. Can you try again?
If you run into the issue again, can you let me know which screen it is on? And the size of the display you are using?

Hi Spencer Cook and sorry for the delayed response. I tried to go through the registration flow. With iOS (iPhone 8) I cannot enter access code as the navigation element is on top of the input field and the input field cannot be accessed.
With Android (Samsung Galaxy A51) I managed to reach ‘Profile details’ page. Then I got stuck with question ‘Which type of peer would you like to speak to?” The dropdown cannot be accessed, navigation is on top of that. Because of the I cannot proceed with the flow.
Are you experiencing the same issue?
BR,
Timo

Hi again Spencer Cook, actually we were able to identify the likely issue without running the app in preview. It is related to trying to dismiss initial view from unauthenticated page when navigation menu is disabled. We have prioritized this issue in our development backlog. Best Regards, Timo Kapanen

Timo Kapanen: Blast, I thought I solved this issue but when I tested on an Google Pixel device, I am seeing what you are describing. However, I don't see this issue across all devices. I sent a video to you via email.
Is this an AppGyver bug or something that I am doing wrong? If it's something I did, any suggestions on how to fix it?

Spencer Cook: I propose that we keep only the original issue in this ticket and focus on solving it here. I shortly talked with our development team about the navigation issue. Their advise was to handle it in http://forums.appgyver.com/ and seek for guidance there how to build it such way that it would not hide input fields. Best Regards, Timo Kapanen

Hi Spencer Cook and thanks for your report. Is there a way to navigate to the place where the issue occurs? The app seem to require access code, possibly some test access code could do it? If test credentials or so would be needed, you can also share to in email (timo.kaanen@appgyver.com)
