Add toast notification to desktop web

Have Toast Notification component (non-blocking box) working on desktop web with specific style :

display top right corner
type selection (icon + color) : error + red, validation + green, warning + yellow

Sounds amazing. Must have since we can't declare toast right now because it does not work on browser versions of our apps :-(
