Control style change of a component that has an active tap event (e.g. button)

It would be nice to be able to control (or at least switch off) the change of transparency on elements that have a tap event assigned to them. Those elements could keep their original styling or change some other properties when tapped, other than temporarily reducing transparency to 50%.
